Pre-renovation enabling work
Practical preparation before builders and specialist trades arrive. This can include dismantling, isolating work areas, lifting materials, clearing rooms and leaving a workable blank canvas for the next phase.

Waste removal and site clearance
Renovation and building waste, household and end-of-tenancy clearances, garden waste, bulky items, commercial waste, scrap-metal removal, site clearances, skip loading and labour-only loading. Waste type, volume and access are confirmed before quoting.

Small internal renovations
Stud walls, plasterboard installation, joinery, flooring, kitchen-unit installation, bathroom preparation, doors and skirting, general repairs and making good after strip-outs.

Non-load-bearing reassembly
Internal reassembly following removal, including stud walls and related non-supporting elements within the agreed scope. We do not undertake load-bearing structural assembly under this service.

Landlord, developer and trade support
Responsive help for rental refreshes, property turnarounds, void clearances and enabling packages for development or remodelling teams. One-off and repeat work considered.

External structures, sheds and garages
Removal and clearance of suitable external structures, sheds and garages following an assessment of access, construction, waste volume and safety requirements.

Excluded materials
We do not accept asbestos, chemicals or solvents, clinical waste, gas bottles, paint, fridges or refrigerants, electrical equipment, hazardous materials, or soil and rubble above an agreed volume.
