This website provides general information about LD Renovation & Waste Removal. Content does not constitute a binding quotation, technical survey or professional structural advice.

Quotes and bookings

An enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a date. Prices and scope are confirmed separately after sufficient project information has been reviewed. Additional or hidden work may require a revised quotation and further agreement.

Project suitability

All work is subject to assessment, safe access and an agreed scope. Reassembly services are limited to non-load-bearing elements such as studwork. We may decline work requiring licences, qualifications, specialist testing or controls outside the service offered. Load-bearing alterations, electrical work, gas work, asbestos and other controlled or hazardous materials require appropriate competent specialists.

Waste

Waste types must be accurately disclosed before collection. Hazardous, prohibited or specialist-controlled waste is not accepted unless expressly agreed through an appropriately authorised route. Final disposal arrangements may affect price.

Service area

The stated 50-mile or 1.5-hour coverage is a general guide, not a guarantee. Travel, project size, access and scheduling are considered for each enquiry.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

We aim to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or continuously available. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
